P.S.
I never answered Heather's question about how much The Iberostar cost....because its just too embarrasing to admit it.
Lets just say....Bryce better get a scholarship for college!

I sit here tonight feeling rather melancholy. Today would have been my father's 70th birthday. I can't help but think how lucky you are to just be living life and not have it living you. Not many of us are brave enough to follow our hearts the way you are now. It makes me happy to hear about you and Rich at Copacabanna and living the rich life at Iberostar. We only live once and we can't take our money with us when we go. May as well spend it now. Bryce's college tuition will be found and you will be able to have many more adventures as long as you are brave and follow your hearts. Money can always be made, it's the memories that count though.
Love, Evie

Just read your last blog entries & drooled over the pictures of beautiful beaches and three very healthy, happy, beautiful people. You are three look so wonderful and full of life!!! A rare sight among us midwesterners who are a bit pasty and worn by the winter that seems determined to tease us by coming and going endlessly! Also saw Uncle Marty's pictures of your "surprise" return. You really do all three look amazing!!! You years yet to provide for Bryce's college tuition (I think we put Jamie's away in a little over eight years) but the memories and experience will be worth much more than any college could offer anyway!!

Welcome back to the USA! Enjoy Disney World.

Love--Amy

Just wanted to say "Thank you" for your postcard :) It was great to hear from you. A very nice surprise :)
Guess what, last night I was in Chicago - just in the dream but it seemed very realistic.. :) I've had the same dream many times and each time I've been looking for the Canal St and I can't find it.. Strange.. isn't it?
Anyway, how long are you planing to travel yet?

Hugs to Bryce!

Love, May

Knock! Knock!
Is anybody there?
I hope that you are ok and that you just have a lot of interesting things to do, and that's why you haven't put anything new on the blog since almost a week...

Hello Betsy, Rich and Bryce...remember us? mother, father & daughter from Arizona! Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed meeting you, and our lovely night under the stars at Anima. Sadly we are back home and having a very hard time readjusting to life in the US, thanks to the beautiful island of Morro de Sao Paulo. This trip is a wonderful gift you are giving yourselves and the memories will last forever. You have your priorities in order, and we admire you! We are so happy to have met you, and we are going to follow along for the remainder of your journey. If you are ever planning a trip to Arizona, please let us know...we would LOVE to see you again! My email is: rosemaryfx@yahoo.com
Enjoy the rest of your trip and we hope to see you again some day!
