Ok....no time to blog right now.....but MOM...I just read your comments! Wow....I guess that could have been Sao Paulo or Montevideo.....plenty of anti-Bush stuff both places.
No worries here in Praia do Forte....we are perfectly safe. No riots. Just a front desk woman who hates me.
I asked her why we could not get towels after 5pm and her answer was "Well....we don´t get many Americans here."
Probably makes no sense to you.....but to me the meaning was quite clear! I laughed the whole way back to my room! Its my favorite comment of the whole trip.
I´ll blog later.

NO KIDDING! I just read about the photo in the paper, that's amazing!!!
I am with Rich, who needs a bed, if your days are full enough you'll sleep no matter where you lay and wake ready for more.
So, I got a travel book about Disney, because after going to Carly's bridal shower and looking at pictures of her at 3 rubbing noses with Snow White, the next trip should be Orlando. Kayla and I read through the book together and looked at pictures as she likes to do. (No biteeny's in bum bums in this travel book.) But that brings me to today... Kayla makes her return to dance class, clad in her pink tutu and slippers. After class her teacher comes out and says, "Wow you guys really travel a lot, that's wonderful" curious Alex asks, "oh what did Kayla tell you?" Ms Nikki replies, "she told me you hav ejust returned from Brazil and tomorrow you are off to Disney World!" I don't know why I thought this was so funny. But I was proud of her I'm ready to go again attitude. AND BOTH Kayla and Zack are fiong rainforest units in school so I am so excited with all the pic's from Tijucca. Kayla also proudly announced to her class that she had fed the monkey's in the rainforest...ot sure that conjured up the most acurate immages of where we were.. but that's ok. So, when are you North bound? It was very warm and lovely here today at a mighty 49. I even wore my light jacket!
Oh and a heads up to moms out there... DO NOT go see Bridge to Terebithia with your children! I had not read the book, but watched the trailer and read the online synopsis which are NOTHING like the movie at all! Bets - this isn't one for our sensitive Brycito! xoxoxoxoxo Miss you!!!
