Bryce has already made a group of friends and likes spending his sunsets sandboarding.
Should we buy the front lot....or the back lot?????

Ok is that place with all the windows your hotel? It looks beautiful. And could you send a Pablo or 2 up here....plenty of things I could busy them with.
Now to the important questions...are you buying? does the front-lot mean you are on the water? are you thinking of moving their forever? Is there a second lot that we can get right next door and move too?
